BEECH DRIVE

The construction of a high spec, bespoke basement that includes a swimming pool, gym and sauna, under the existing house in North London. ( See the video in our Bespoke Basements section ) Siday Construction Limited have now completed their scope of works on this Project.

This ambitious basement construction is a joint project with Prodigy, an innovative, design and build contractor that Siday Construction Limited has aligned itself with. Together, the two companies are also embarking upon other projects, namely, The Reddings in Muswell Hill and Hallet Retail in Finchley. These projects are due to start shortly.

BUILDING SCHOOLS FOR THE FUTURE (BSF)

Siday Construction Limited has been involved in the pre-tender meetings with Balfour Beatty's team for the BSF in Hertfordshire.

KERSFIELD HOUSE (Putney)

Starting in September, this package includes Groundworks and an Reinforced Concrete extension for the principal contractor 8Build. 8Build are a new client for Siday Construction. Managing Director Paul Sidebottom says "we are excited about the prospect of working with such a dynamic company on this and future projects that are on the horizon". This includes a project in Bayswater Road, West London, consisting of a basement and a 5 storey Reinforced Concrete Frame.

Siday Construction Limited is in negotiations with Thomas Sinden regarding their logistically demanding demolition and re-build in Cobb Street, off Petty Coat Lane, London.
