An ambitious high spec luxury basement project constructed under an existing house.

This development gave our client an extra 1,710 square feet of living space, that includes a swimming pool, gym and sauna.

ABINGDON ROAD, KENSINGTON, LONDON W8

This was a luxury residential development which consisted of a 9 metre deep excavation within a sheet piled box, installing a heavy duty water and propping system during the excavation and an RC split level box, consisting of double lift shaft and two swimming pools and four floors above ground level.

 WILDWOOD ROAD, HAMPSTEAD, LONDON

A substantial basement project in the heart of Hampstead, that consisted of a swimming pool, lift shaft and a spiral in situ RC staircase.

These projects utilise Siday Construction Limited's specialised experience in underpinning and bespoke basement construction.

Several of these projects were taken from the initial sales, design and construction phases to completion.
